Waynes Pest Control Acquires Bugs B Gone (Miss.)

Waynes Pest Control recently completed a merger with Bugs B Gone to expand our footprint in the Mississippi area. Through the existing Bugs B Gone Team and others who will commit to serve as we grow, Waynes will continue to provide the same local support and quality service you have come to expect from Bugs B Gone, while offering an enhanced array of new service offerings.

Based in Birmingham, AL, Waynes has a long-standing history of delivering World Class service – providing pest, mosquito, lawn care and termite solutions for more than 50 years in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and the Florida Panhandle. The combined experience and professionalism of these two great companies will provide greater customer value, support, and service options.

Commenting on the merger, Daphne Palmer and Everett Pennington, Owners of Bugs B Gone, added:

“The entire team is excited about the Waynes acquisition because we know their company is a great match for Bugs B Gone’s history and culture. Our technicians are looking forward to working with Waynes to continue providing our customers with the best in pest management.”

At Waynes, we are thrilled to partner with Bugs B Gone to serve and protect your home. We look forward to building upon their foundation of respect and trust and delivering on our promise of World Class Service – Every time.

To make this transition as smooth as possible, we have enclosed a reference sheet with some questions you may be asking.  Should you have any additional questions or concerns please give us a call at (205) 251-6296.

Sincerely,
Shawn Hollis
President
